Product Options

Cost-effective single-sided graphics that cover one side of a crowd barrier's infill bars. Sized to sit just inside the barrier frame for a neat, tensioned fit. Supplied with ten or twelve eyelets depending on corner type.

• 2300mm barrier: Graphic Width 2100mm × Height 820mm
• 2500mm barrier: Graphic Width 2300mm × Height 820mm

A single large banner that folds over the barrier frame to cover both sides, creating a more continuous and seamless look. Supplied with twelve eyelets — six bungee ball ties required per graphic. Fits both all-rounded and top-only rounded corner barriers.

• 2300mm barrier: Graphic Width 1900mm × Height 1740mm
• 2500mm barrier: Graphic Width 2300mm × Height 1740mm

The most professional crowd barrier covering available. Made from Display Polyester, fabric jackets cover the barrier frame itself — maximising the design area and creating the most aesthetically pleasing appearance. Available in single-sided and double-sided options.

• Double-sided: Made from a single piece of fabric. Covers both sides including the frame. Supplied with twelve eyelets (six per side) around the bottom half.
• Single-sided: Made from a single piece of fabric. Covers the front side. Held over the top with a 150mm non-printed sock. Supplied with six eyelets plus two additional sock corner eyelets.

• For large orders, we recommend ordering one graphic first to test the fit before placing the full order

We produce graphics for both 2300mm and 2500mm crowd barriers. Always check the size of your barriers before ordering and select the correct size. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering one graphic first to test the fit.

Some crowd barriers have rounded corners on all four sides of the infill frame; others only have rounded corners on the top two. Check your barrier type before ordering to ensure the correct graphic is produced — the two types are not interchangeable.

Single-sided graphics cover one face of the barrier infill. Fold-over graphics are a single large banner that folds over the frame to cover both sides. Fabric jackets are made from Display Polyester and cover the barrier frame itself for the most professional finish. Fabric jackets are the premium option; single-sided and fold-over PVC graphics are more cost-effective.

Graphics are secured using bungee ball ties or cable ties through the eyelets provided. We recommend bungee ball ties to best preserve the longevity of the graphics, as they allow for slight movement without causing stress to the material.

We offer Mesh PVC, Standard PVC, PVC-Free Mesh, PVC-Free Banner and Display Polyester (for fabric jackets). Mesh PVC and PVC-Free Mesh allow air to pass through, making them better suited to windy outdoor environments. Display Polyester gives the most premium finish for fabric jacket options.
