Why are the folders slightly larger than A4?

Presentation folders are intentionally oversized to comfortably accommodate your chosen paper size. An A4 folder is slightly larger than A4 so that A4 documents, leaflets and inserts fit inside neatly with room to spare. This is standard practice for presentation folders and is accounted for in our artwork templates.

Why do I need to submit two artwork files?

We ask for two PDF files — one with the artwork template visible and overlaid on your design (so we can check your artwork is accurate and correctly positioned), and one with the template removed showing only your final artwork (which we use for proofing and printing). This two-file process helps us catch any positioning errors before going to print.

Can I print on the inside of the folder?

Yes — double-sided printing is available, allowing you to print on both the outside and inside of your folder. This is ideal for adding brand messaging, contact details, product information or a company overview to the interior panels.
