• Silk — available in 115, 150, 170, 250 and 350gsm. Smooth, premium finish with excellent colour accuracy. The most popular choice for indoor retail, hospitality and event displays.
• Waterproof PVC 220mic — flexible, lightweight and fully weatherproof. Ideal for outdoor displays in snap frames, forecourt stands and temporary outdoor locations.

Silk stock has a smooth, slightly sheened finish that produces vibrant, accurate colour reproduction — the most popular choice for retail, hospitality and event posters where visual impact is the priority. Uncoated stock has a natural, matte feel popular for information posters, community notices and eco-conscious campaigns. Both are available in multiple weights — heavier stocks feel more premium and are less prone to curling.

Both are fully waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. The 220mic PVC is lighter and more flexible — ideal for snap frames, forecourt stands and applications where the poster needs to flex slightly. The 400mic PVC is heavier and more rigid — better suited to applications requiring greater durability and stability, such as outdoor hoardings and longer-term outdoor displays.

Standard sizes run from A3 up to A0. We also offer larger sizes including 20×30in, 40×30in and 60×40in. Custom sizes are available — contact us before ordering if you need a non-standard size. Multiset printing options are also available to optimise production and reduce cost per unit on larger runs.

We recommend a minimum of 300dpi at 1:1 scale for standard poster sizes. For very large format sizes such as A0 and above, 150dpi at 1:1 scale is generally acceptable — at large viewing distances, the resolution requirement is lower. See our DPI guide for more information.

Yes — our waterproof PVC stocks (220mic and 400mic) are fully weatherproof and designed for outdoor use in snap frames, forecourt stands and outdoor display locations. For permanent outdoor signage, also consider our aluminium composite signs and Correx boards.
