The 260gsm dye-sublimation printed stretch fabric graphic pulls over the table and hooks around the feet for a smooth, tensioned finish that conceals the interior completely. The hollow interior provides useful storage for marketing materials and equipment. Assembles in 4-5 minutes by one person. Printed in Brighton & Hove with UK-wide delivery available.

What's Included

Fitting the Graphic

Unfold and lock the legs, then stand the unit on a clean floor or mat
Slide the graphic side panels over the top of the unit, leaving it loosely hanging down the sides
Rotate and orient the graphic so the rear panel is centrally aligned with the hand slots under the table top — the seams should sit approximately on the leftmost of the left hand slot and the rightmost of the right hand slot
Pull the graphic down so the top is snug and taut over the table top section
Pull each corner downward and hook each foot pocket over each foot of the unit — this may require some strength but ensures the graphic is taut and crease-free
Important: The graphic is designed to fit in one specific direction only — applying it incorrectly may cause tearing. If rippling occurs, remove the graphic completely and start again from the beginning

What is a poseur table?

A poseur table is a tall, high-top table designed for standing use — typically around 1100mm in height, making it ideal for networking events, exhibition stands, buffets and bars where guests stand rather than sit. The stretch fabric cover transforms a standard folding poseur table into a fully branded display unit.

How do I access the interior of the poseur table?

The hollow interior is accessed by lifting or placing items from above — there is no side or base access. The graphic must be detached to gain full access to the interior. Plan what you need to store inside before fitting the graphic at your event.

What if the graphic is rippling after I fit it?

Rippling usually occurs when the graphic has become slightly twisted between the table top and the foot pockets. If this happens, remove the graphic completely and start the fitting process again from the beginning — making sure the rear panel is correctly aligned with the hand slots before pulling the graphic down and hooking the foot pockets.

Can the graphic be washed?

Yes — the stretch fabric graphic is machine washable at 30°C without detergent. Allow it to dry completely before reusing or storing. When the graphic reaches the end of its life, it can be recycled along with other textiles. Replacement graphics can be ordered separately.

Can I use the poseur table outdoors?

The steel folding table hardware is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, the stretch fabric graphic is recommended for indoor or sheltered outdoor use — prolonged exposure to rain may affect the fabric.
